David Atkinson / Management & Leasing Services
As a Partner in One Property Management, David coordinates and oversees the management and operations of approximately 1,000,000 square feet of office and retail properties.
David has over 29 years of management, operations, and development experience in a variety of properties including hotels, office, retail, and data centers.
Tracy Garrett / Assistant Property Manager
As Assistant Property Manager/Accountant for One Property Management, Tracy assists in the management and operation of the properties as well as accounting and financial reporting.
Tracy has over 30 years’ experience in many industries including Human Resources, administrative management, health insurance, and customer service.
Brett Thompson / Chief Engineer
As Chief Engineer for One Property Management, Brett coordinates and oversees the operations and maintenance of the properties and assists with the construction management of asset and tenant improvements.
With over 34 years of operations and maintenance experience in a variety of properties, Brett has proved to be invaluable when improving operational efficiency.
Kenneth Harper / Building Apprentice Engineer
As an Apprentice Operating Engineer with One Property Management, Kenneth assists and coordinates and performs the maintenance and operation of various buildings operated by One Property Management. He has a key role in the functional operational characteristics of buildings, considering health, safety, sustainability and cost effectiveness.
With Kenneth’s positive attitude and strong customer service skills he is capable of working with tenants to make sure their concerns are met in the best possible way. Focusing on resolving building issues quickly and with minimum disturbance.
Kenneth has five years of commercial property operations experience in a variety of office, retail and data facilities.
Before coming to One Property Management he has worked in several capacities striving to be the best that he can be. He served in the military and worked as a police officer as well as maintenance and construction professions.
